Thief Caught On Video Surveillance - Please Share

The above video surveillance footage shows an individual stealing a package off of a porch.

The theft occurred in the area of 22nd and Peace Streets in Hazleton City on December 10th 2015.

Five other individuals can be seen with the male who stole the package.

Please share this information in hopes of identifying the thief and the five accomplices.
