No Injuries Reported After Vehicle Struck Parked Car On Freeland Mountain

At approximately 10 am on January 2nd, Butler Township Police, Valley Regional Fire, and Valley Regional EMS responded to McNulty Funeral Home along East Butler Drive for a report of a motor vehicle accident.

A vehicle driven by Thelma Gallagher, 80 of Freeland, reportedly entered the parking lot of the funeral home at a high rate of speed, striking a concrete parking barrier and contining into an unoccupied parked vehicle in the lot.

Both vehicles sustained moderate damage, requiring both to be towed from the scene.

Galagher was not injured as a result of the crash.
