Vehicle Rollover Along Route 309

Butler Township Police and Valley Regional Fire responded to a motor vehicle accident along North Hunter Highway in the area of the Econo Lodge Motel on January 1st at approximately 1pm.

Butler Township Police state that the driver swerved for an animal on the roadway, causing the vehicle to leave the road and roll a total of two times before coming to a rest on it's roof.

The vehicle was driven by a juvenile and occupied by three other juveniles all from Freeland.

No injuries were reported and no charges will be filed against the driver.

The vehicle was towed from the scene.
