Wal-Mart Employee Charged With Theft From Register
An employee at the Rush Township Wal-Mart, also known as the "Hometown Wal-Mart", has been charged with theft after an investigation by the Rush Township Police.
Vanessa Miller, 28 of Tamaqua, has been charged with Theft By Unlawful Taking and Recieving Stolen Property in the theft.
Miller was charged on December 9th, after initially gaining employment on the 2nd.
Miller is charged with taking over $2,000 from registers while working over a period of time.
Miller was released on unsecured bail.
