On Friday December 11th, the following incidents are reported to have happened in the Hazleton area at these approximate times:
1 pm
Boyer's A male reportedly threatened an individual at the store with a gun. Unknown if it was an employee or a customer. HPD investigating.
3 pm
East Broad Street Report of an erratic driver. Red soft-top sports car passing vehicles and speeding in the area. Described as having New Jersey plates. Vehicle has left city limits and entered the township.
6 pm
Winters Ave in West Hazleton Report of a group of kids on bikes. Described as possibly "Up to no good.". It is not known at this time if they are making trouble in the neighborhood... WHPD investigating.
7 pm
940 and 309 Hazle Township Fire has three engines on scene conducting training exercises.
7 pm
Rite Aid A male reportedly stole a bottle of perfume from the store. Fled on foot on Church towards 21st. Described as a heavy set Hispanic male, balding with a Northface hoodie on. HPD responding.
10 pm
Hayes and 9th Report of a group of kids in a white Ford Taurus driving around and throwing eggs at houses. HPD investigating.
