At approximately 1 pm on December 6th, Butler Township Police, Valley Regional Fire and Valley Regional EMS were dispatched to the area of North Old Turnpike Road near Foothills Drive for a report of a motor vehicle accident.

One vehicle had rolled over onto it's roof with initial reports stating possible entrapment.

Butler Township Police state that the vehicle was driven by Mitchell R. Brislin, 25 of Wilkes-Barre.

Police state that Brislin was traveling too fast for conditions and lost control of the vehicle, causing the vehicle to strike a rock embankment and roll over onto it's roof.

Eyewitnesses on the scene stated that Brislin removed himself from the vehicle and insisted that no one call 911.

Brislin was found to be operating the vehicle without insurance. He will be cited for Driving Vehicle At Safe Speed and Driving A Vehicle Without The Required Insurance.
