Accident Reroutes Traffic - Sends One To Hospital

Around 10:30, West Hazleton Police, EMS, and West Hazleton Fire responded to the area of Washington Avenue and Broad Street for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Fault in the accident has not been released, but two individuals involved were injured, at least one being sent to Geisinger Hospital.

The West Hazleton Fire Department cleaned up spilled fluids and both vehicles required tows fromt he scene.
