Group Cleans Up Local Road

A group of local individual's banded together on Sunday to clean up a stretch of Prospect Road in Butler Township.

"The group enjoys the area and wants to keep it free of dumping and vandalism so we can keep enjoying it." Said one of the members of the group.

The group of seven outdoor, hunting, and ATV enthusiasts gathered the trash and loaded it on a trailer, transporting it to Shuman Disposal in Sugarloaf for proper disposal.

The member of the group finished with this statement about the local area outdoors: "We are lucky to have it we need to take care of it."
