Motor Vehicle Accident Possibly DUI

Butler Township Police state that Joseph P Zelenack was taken into custody for suspicion of DUI after a motor vehicle accident.
On November 21st 2015, Butler Township Police responded to the area of North Old Turnpike Road for a report of a vehicle that struck a pole. Zelenack was taken into custody and the vehicle was towed.
Sources state that the pole had been sheered off, and wires were down.
Valley Regional Fire and EMS also responded to the scene.
No charges have been filed on Zelenack yet.
