Rollover On 309 Leads To DUI Charges
On October 4th 2015, A report stated that a vehicle had rolled over on North Hunter Highway in the area of Sleepy Hollow Road.
Ryan Jones had reportedly extracated himself from the vehicle prior to Valley Regional Fire and EMS responding.
Butler Township Police responded to the scene, and upon making contact with Jones, they state he was taken into custody for DUI after exhibiting numerous signs of intoxication.
Butler Township Police state that Jones had a Blood Alcohol Content level of .154.
Jones was charged with two counts of DUI and several summary violations.
