Teen Charged With Robbery - Possession Of Firearm
Juan Jesus Rosario, 18, of West Hazleton, was stopped on October 22nd by West Hazleton Police in connection with a robbery/assault in Hazleton.
Rosario was found to have a .40 caliber fiearm on him along with a watch that was stolen from the victim of the Hazleton incident.
The robbery/assault reportedly happened in the area of Garfield and 5th Streets, where the victim was attacked by three males, one of which had threatened him with a gun.

Rosario's bail was set at 25,000 and $35,000 respectively.
Rosario's address is stated as being in the 500 block of North James Street, which has ben the location of multiple shots fired at homes in the area. Police have only released the address of the home that was shot in one of the incidents, determined to be the listed address of Rosario.
