West Hazleton Man Charged With Robbery Of West Hazleton Business

Sean Ortiz of West Hazleton has been charged in connection to the Sunday morning robbery of Pantry Quik on Broad Street in West Hazleton.

Ortiz has been charged with the following:

F1 Robbery-Threat Immed Ser Injury F2 Robbery-Inflict Threat Imm Bod Inj M2 Theft By Unlaw Taking-Movable Prop M2 Receiving Stolen Property M1 Possession Of Weapon M1 Make Repairs/Sell/Etc Offens Weap Ortiz reportedly robbed the store at knife point, taking an undetermined amount of cash before being tracked to a home in the area where he was taken into custody.

Ortiz is currently in Luzerne County Corectional Facility for lack of $100,000 bail.
