Hazleton Man Jailed For Prohibited Firearm

Juan J. Rosario, 18, of Hazleton was charged by West Hazleton Police on Friday October 23rd for the following offenses:

F2 Possession Of Firearm Prohibited

F3 Firearms Not To Be Carried W/O License

Charges are documented as occuring on Thursday October 22nd.

The nature of the incident leading to the charges or the discovery of a weapon is currently unknown.

Rosario is jailed in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $25,000 bail imposed by magistrate James Dixon.
