Shooter In Wal-Mart Parking Lot

Around 12:30, Wal-Mart in Wilkes-Barre Township was locked down, letting no one enter or leave the business while a reported active shooter was in the parking lot.

Individuals waited while not allowed to leave, contacting friends and family and updating the situation on Facebook.

Between 13 and 20 shots were heard. It is currently unknown if these shots were from the shooter or the police.

Reports state that the shooter did not shoot anyone.
