Summary Of The HASD Community Outreach Meeting Topics

The first ever Hazleton Area School District Community Outreach Meeting was held Thursday evening.

Vilmarrie Budde and Casey Herseim are writing down points brought up in Spanish and English respectively.

Dr. Butler, superintendent, opened with a statement about the meeting, which is the first of it's kind in the Hazleton area.

The statement, all questions, and all responses are being translated by a translator at the end of each statement.

Butler wrapped up his introduction with the mention that these Community Outreach Meetings will continue every first Thursday of the month, and urged that everyone bring a friend in the future as these meetings are open to the public and anyone who wants to attend.

The next Community Outreach Meeting will be November 5th.

Topics that were discussed will b brought up at the HASD Team Meeting.
