Freeland Police Engage In Foot Chase - Individual Jailed

Around 10:30 pm Friday night, Freeland police reportedly responded to a domestic on Walnut Street in Freeland.

An individual identified as Glenn Schoch was seen attempting to flee from the back door of the residence.

Freeland police engaged in a foot pursuit which ended in the capture of Schooch, reportedly with the use of a taser.

Schooch was charged with False Reports, multiple counts of Resisting Arrest, and Flight To Avoid Apprehension.

Schooch is currently jailed in the Luzerne County Correctional Facility for lack of $50,000 bail.
