Updates After Police Left Scene Of Day Long Investigation

HZTN1 was on scene at 33 East 10th Street tonight which has been the scene of a day long police investigation. We began speaking to neighbors at the crime scene and were immediately informed by the residents at 31 East 10th Street (the adjoining side of the home) they had nothing to do with the investigation.

The home owners began to explain they were concerned they would be implicated in the investigation. The home owner, who did not want to be identified, said "I get up, I go to work and that is all I know". Both residents said they were finding out information as it was occurring.

They also stated they wanted it to be known they were in no way involved with anything that had happened.

HZTN1 also asked who lived at 33 East 10th Street (which is the address of the home that was being investigated) but the next door neighbor was instructed not to discuss any details by the police because of the ongoing investigation.

We then began to ask other neighbors who lived there.....

One declined comment for "personal reasons" and another neighbor was not aware of the current resident.

We were able to ascertain that the tent set up beside the house was previously in place and used for construction material and that the resident may have been home at the time of the police arriving.
