Home And Items Damaged From Stray Bullet

A home near Fern and Laurel Streets has reported that a window and a TV were damaged after gunfire in the area.

Around 12:15am Friday morning, Hazleton Police responded to a report of gunshots in the area of Fern and Laurel.

Residents also stated that they heard a vehicle peel off from the area.

The damaged home was on Fern Street, and officers found more bullet casings on Laurel Street.

No one was reported injured.

Police are searching for a black Honda. Either lowered or with a bad suspension. No tail lights. Last seen heading North on Lee Court.
