A video was sent to us depicting dogs inside a vehicle outside of the Hazleton Health and Wellness Center.
Reportedly, the dogs were inside of the vehicle for over 20 minutes.
We would like to share the above information regarding vehicle temperatures and the amount of time until these temperatures are harmful.
