No 'Peace' On Peace Street

Two large fights, a motor vehicle accident, and a smaller fight have occured within a two block radius on Peace Street today, in a span of a few hours.

Fight 1:

Around 2:50pm responded to reports of a large fight near Peace and 4th streets.

Reports stated that there was a multiple person fight going on, one individual had a gun, others had knives and baseball bats.

A 40 caliber Taurus handgun was in possession at the scene.

Two individuals were taken into custody on scene.

Accident 1:

Two vehicles were involved in an accident around 6:45pm at the intersection of Peace and 5th.

One male and one female reported injuries.

A cadillac was towed from the scene for an expired refistration.

Fight 2:

Around 7:50 another large fight was reported near Peace and 4th.

A group of around 10 individuals was reported to be fighting in the street.

One male was stated to have a baseball bat.

Fight 3:

Around 8:20, a report came in that two neighbors were fighting, physically and verbally.... You guessed it.... Near peace and 4th.
