Stabbing On Spruce Street - Victim Runs From Hospital ER

Around 3pm Saturday, Hazleton Police responded to 321 West Spruce Street in response to a 911 call stating that a man had stabbed another man.

It is believed that a man stabbed another man twice in the arm.

The attacker was described as tall, with a pony tail.

Hazleton police detained the attacker and the victim, who initially refused treatment, was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton.

The victim took off from the ER shortly after arriving. Hospital security had followed him into the parking lot where they lost sight of him.

Hazleton police found the victim near Cranberry and Mine Streets shortly after.
