A Job Well Done, HPD - Missing Child Situation

Around 6:20 pm, Hpd recieved a call about a missing child in the area of Cedar St.

Multiple units responded swiftly to the scene and proceeded to canvas the area in search of the 4 year old girl who was reported missing.

Hazleton officers searched nearby streets, splitting up in multiple directions on the search. Stopping at Convienent and C&P in search of the child.

An officer reported the child as found near her residence around 10 minutes after the report was made. "10-4, nice job" was heard over the air in reply to the girl being found. It's stories like this that the HPD deserves to have heard, and Hazleton News 1 is proud to share it. Thank you for your services, HPD.
