White Haven Police have been cracking down on children since May.
Issuing tickets to children who are wearing helmets and practicing bike safety.

As we have already reported, Freeland has followed suit in this excellent gesture.
In related news, Valley Hi has posted a warning that ice cream will melt in hot weather.
As with most warnings, something has to repeatedly happen to require a warning about it....
