Man Shot In Face And Back In Hazleton

Around 10:30pm Thursday night, a caller reported the sound of four gunshots in the area of 4th and Alter St. to 911.
Immediately after, a caller stated that a man was shot in the face and back at 4th and Emerald Court.
Police swiftly arrived on scene. The victim was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton. The status of the victim is unknown at this time.
