FREE Bike Helmet Giveaway!

Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn Fund for Children's Advocacy is sponsoring a FREE bike helmet giveaway at Kirby Park during the fireworks celebration in Wilkes-Barre.

Any child ages 12 and under and accompanied by an adult can recieve one free bike helmet.

HKQ Kids was founded in 2005, and this is their 8th annual Bike Helmet Giveaway.
